Strategy Execution

Strategy development defines a desired future state. Realization of that desired future state requires a roadmap of how to get there. It is about translating desired outcomes into the tangible actions and efforts that are necessary to those deliver results.
An essential part of strategy realization is making effective decisions. Unfortunately, we often struggle with how to make good decisions, particularly in the face of uncertainty. The very human desire to make the best decision possible, and to delay decisions in the face of ambiguity and unknown factors, means that we often defer critically important questions.
Effective strategy execution ultimately comes down to tackling projects and delivering results. Individual projects need to be planned and managed. Deliverables need to be produced and results need to be realized.
